Founded by Anne-Sophie & Sébastien in 2022, Community Consulting is a dynamic IT consulting company with a focus on transparency, quality and long term relationships. In just 3 years, our team has expanded to 50+ consultants, establishing trust with renowned Belgian organizations.

We work with both employees and freelancers without making any distinction between the two. Our goal is to build a community of consultants, regardless of their status, who support each other through various challenges. We have a long-term vision, both for our client relationships and for our consultants.

Community Consulting is not just a go-between for consultants and clients. We are committed to being a true support system that makes life easier for our collaborators. Difficult negotiations, people management issues, lack of feedback, unclear expectations about tasks, consulting assignments are often filled with obstacles. Our job at Community Consulting is to handle all of this so that your only concern is successfully completing your mission.

Founding Partner
Anne-Sophie co-founded Community Consulting in 2022 alongside Sébastien, driven by a long-standing friendship and a shared professional vision. She plays an active role in project sourcing, as well as in the follow-up and support of consultants. Her approach is rooted in a simple belief: human relationships make the difference. Anne-Sophie stands out for her commercial acumen, clarity in communication, and strong interpersonal skills.

Sébastien is recognized for his direct style, optimism, and passion for coaching.

Barbara is the one making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, and trust us, without her, nothing would. Contracts, invoices, tools, cars, events... she’s got her eyes everywhere (and is usually one step ahead). And as if that weren’t enough, she’s also our unofficial (but unanimously approved) Chief Happiness Officer.

April 2022

Anne-Sophie and Sébastien launch Community Consulting. They sign their first consultant a couple of days later !

March 2023

Happy first anniversary to Community Consulting ! The Communiteam has grown up to 25 consultants in a year.

March 2024

Welcome to Community’s forever HQ in Rixensart.

September 2024

The team keeps growing, with 45 consultants on mission, 2 Talent Acquisition Specialists and 1 Office Manager.

April 2025

3 years years later, we celebrate our anniversary with a rebranding and a party at SOKO Rooftop !

Life at Community

With the rise of remote work and the ever-growing digitalization of human interactions, we strive to prioritize face-to-face relationships as much as possible, as they bring greater authenticity.

To this end, every new consultant who joins us is invited to a team breakfast or lunch at the office to help foster connections. Our in-house chef, Sébastien, is always happy to put on his apron and delight his colleagues’ taste buds. The boss in the kitchen ? That’s unheard of !

We continue to nurture this connection by regularly organizing after-work gatherings and other events.

Our office, located in the heart of Rixensart, is always open to welcome consultants who wish to stop by. In fact, some are thrilled to come spend a day working with the team rather than staying remote. It’s yet another way we strengthen our bonds !
