Senior UX/UI Designer

Context

The mission focuses on designing and improving user-centered interfaces for complex business applications, particularly within financial and RegTech environments.

The UX/UI Designer will translate business requirements into intuitive, consistent, responsive and accessible user experiences while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and development teams.

The role requires a strong understanding of Angular-based front-end environments to ensure that proposed designs are technically feasible and consistently implemented.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and translate user needs into practical UX/UI solutions.
Design intuitive interfaces for complex business and regulatory applications.
Create user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes and detailed UI designs.
Design modern, responsive interfaces for desktop, laptop and mobile devices.
Apply usability, accessibility and interaction design principles.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
Work closely with front-end developers to ensure technically feasible designs.
Contribute to reusable UI components and consistent design guidelines.
Ensure alignment with Angular and Angular Material front-end implementation.
Participate in Agile collaboration throughout the design and implementation lifecycle.

Technical skills

Must have

Proven experience in UX/UI design for complex business applications.
Strong expertise in user-centered design, interaction design and responsive interfaces.
Experience covering user needs analysis, wireframing, prototyping and final UI design.
Good understanding of front-end technologies, particularly Angular.
Knowledge of Angular Material and reusable UI components.
Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS and Responsive Web Design (RWD).
Experience designing interfaces across desktop, laptop and mobile devices.
Knowledge of accessibility and usability principles.
Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective interface designs.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and developers in Agile environments.
Strong communication, collaboration, autonomy and problem-solving skills.

Should have

Experience in the financial sector.
Extensive hands-on UX/UI design experience in RegTech applications.
Experience designing administrative and banking applications.
Familiarity with user interface design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to ensure consistent design implementation within Angular-based front-end frameworks.

Nice to have

Trilingual proficiency.
