Context

An anonymized organization is looking for an experienced Technical Test Coordinator to lead software quality assurance across multiple projects. The role focuses on defining testing strategies, coordinating end-to-end testing activities, ensuring release readiness, and driving continuous quality improvement while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects.
  • Define and improve test strategies, test plans, and QA processes.
  • Coordinate functional and non-functional testing.
  • Manage defect lifecycle and quality reporting.
  • Organize Test Readiness Reviews, Defect Triage meetings, and Go/No-Go decisions.
  • Coordinate multiple vendors and external suppliers.
  • Design and execute Sanity, Smoke, Regression, Integration, UAT, End-to-End and Production Validation testing.
  • Manage test environments and test data.
  • Lead SQL database validation and API testing.
  • Coordinate API integrations using Postman, ReadyAPI, SoapUI and Swagger/OpenAPI.
  • Define and drive the Test Automation Strategy.
  • Implement CI/CD quality gates.
  • Lead Performance Testing initiatives.
  • Produce executive reporting and quality dashboard

Technical skills

Must have

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Test Coordinator.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on API integration experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on relational database experience.
  • Strong SQL Server knowledge.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with Jira/Xray and Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum.
  • Professional English.
  • Professional proficiency (minimum B1) in French or Dutch.
  • Availability for hybrid work (minimum 2 onsite days/week).

  • Test Automation leadership.
  • Playwright experience.
  • Performance Testing expertise.
  • Event-driven systems knowledge.
  • Git / Bitbucket.
  • XML / JSON.
  • CI/CD testing practices.

Nice to have

  • Genesys Cloud expertise.
  • Contact Center testing.
  • SIP/WebRTC testing.
  • Telephony systems.
  • SCIM integrations.
  • Helm release validation.
