A financial authority, member of the Eurosystem, is seeking an Application Manager to strengthen its IT4 (Application Managers) team within the IT department. This unit ensures level 2 support for internal statistical applications in production. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to operational excellence in a demanding and multicultural environment.
Handle production incident tickets (level 2 support)
Maintain and update incident management documentation
Continuously improve resolution procedures
Respond to internal user requests via email and phone
Actively support during peak activity periods
Industrialize routine processes and take on increasingly complex support tasks over time
Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3) in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in application support or similar role
Strong sense of service, rigor, autonomy, and honesty
Problem-solving skills with ability to propose effective solutions
Respect for company rules and procedures
Curiosity and motivation to discover new technologies and learn continuously
Ability to design sustainable solutions and anticipate future needs
Flexibility and reliability in teamwork and adapting to unexpected situations
Previous experience in financial or public sector environments
Familiarity with ITIL processes or similar frameworks
Multilingual skills (French, English, German or Luxembourgish)
