5+ years of SharePoint Online design, administration and support experience.
5+ years of Microsoft 365 technical ecosystem experience.
3+ years of Microsoft Intune configuration, management and deployment across Windows 10 and Windows 11.
3+ years of advanced Level 3 troubleshooting experience.
3+ years of Microsoft 365 product expertise, including Exchange, SharePoint Online and Teams.
French C2 proficiency.
Understanding of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Defender, Purview and DLP.
Knowledge of Microsoft Graph.
SPFx development and maintenance skills.
Complex PowerShell and PnP PowerShell scripting skills.
English B1 proficiency.
3+ years in Microsoft 365 environments with at least 1,000 users.
ISO 27001 certification.
IT architecture expertise.
ITSM / ITIL experience.
