The Channels and Customer Experience for Enterprises (CCE-E) teams manage the digital channels dedicated to enterprise customers within a large European banking group. Their mission is to define the digital vision and implement the associated roadmap to simplify customers’ daily interactions. Working in an agile setup, the teams collaborate closely with product experts, process teams and control functions across multidisciplinary squads responsible for developing and maintaining digital channels.
Ensure Asset & Service Management by keeping referentials up to date, harmonizing update processes across the Tribe, and maintaining applications and service descriptions
Oversee Incident & Problem Management, including crisis call participation, service restoration, communication through digital channel banners, root cause analysis, and follow-up of corrective actions
Contribute to Continuity Management by defining disaster recovery scenarios and participating in annual transversal disaster recovery exercises
Manage Risks & Security in collaboration with Security Center of Excellence teams, ensuring risk mitigation, audit recommendation closure, control plan execution, and vulnerability remediation
Provide regular reporting and progress updates to relevant stakeholders
At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT risk, operations, or digital security
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and operational efficiency
Experience in process, risk, and asset management
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and IT governance tools such as Archer or ServiceNow
Fluent English (mandatory)
Experience working in an IT tribe environment within a large banking or financial services organization
Proven ability to work in an Agile setup
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and hierarchical levels
Experience in reporting management
Knowledge of Dutch and/or French
In-depth familiarity with a complex banking IT landscape
Advanced negotiation and persuasion skills
Experience leading or coordinating transversal initiatives under time pressure
