As an IT Governance Expert, you will join an Agile Process Coaching team at the core of the organization. Your mission is to strengthen IT excellence by defining, simplifying, and governing IT processes that support Agile ways of working, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance. You will help teams deliver more value while ensuring alignment with the Group process framework and external regulatory expectations, contributing to more efficient and sustainable IT operations.
Define, document, and maintain IT processes aligned with the Group process framework
Ensure consistency and standardization across IT domains such as delivery management, organization, sourcing, risk, and security
Ensure compliance with internal IT Group rules and external regulations (e.g. national and EU-level requirements)
Proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
Coach and collaborate with key partners to continuously simplify and optimize IT processes
Support and contribute to IT process maturity assessments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex topics
Proven experience in IT delivery and/or IT production environments
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
Experience facilitating and coaching workshops with multiple stakeholders
Ability to produce high-quality written documentation with well-structured content
Experience with process improvement techniques (e.g. PDCA, value stream mapping)
Familiarity with IT management or governance frameworks
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in IT environments
