Power BI Developer

Context

The company is strengthening its Power Platform ecosystem to support business teams with scalable, governed, and efficient data-driven solutions. This role exists to design high-quality dashboards, applications, and workflows while supporting a growing community of citizen developers.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models
Apply best practices in data modelling, DAX, and Power Query
Integrate data from Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, SQL, and other sources
Build and maintain Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate flows
Translate business requirements into functional applications
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and Azure services
Contribute to reusable templates and architectural standards
Apply governance, security, and compliance guidelines
Review and validate citizen-developed apps and flows
Coach and support internal users and citizen developers
Provide training, troubleshooting, and best practices
Troubleshoot and optimize existing solutions
Perform audits and contribute to continuous improvement roadmap

Technical skills

Must have

Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate (3+ years)
Experience with data modelling, DAX, and scalable solutions
Solid knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, and integrations
Understanding of governance, security, and compliance in Microsoft environments
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English

Should have

Experience supporting citizen developers
Ability to design reusable components and standards
Experience integrating third-party systems

Nice to have

Experience contributing to platform roadmap
Training or coaching experience
Exposure to enterprise-scale Power Platform environments
