IT Project Manager

Context

The role is part of an IT Production Services organization responsible for ensuring service availability, production support, and infrastructure delivery. The Agile Project Manager acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of infrastructure-related initiatives in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Act as Initiative Owner for IT Production initiatives
Support business stakeholders in delivery, prioritization, and scope management
Monitor progress and ensure delivery of expected results
Collect and consolidate feature status updates
Manage stakeholders and facilitate communication
Organize Agile ceremonies (Scrum of Scrums, planning, etc.)
Identify, track, and resolve impediments
Facilitate conflict resolution and decision-making
Ensure alignment between teams and management
Contribute to Agile planning cycles

Technical skills

Must have

Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role
At least 10 years of overall professional experience
Strong understanding of complex infrastructure architecture
Experience in Agile environments
Strong stakeholder management skills
Fluent in French or Dutch (with good command of the other)
Good level of English

Should have

Experience in infrastructure migration projects
Experience in the banking sector
Ability to bridge business and technical teams
