Project Manager IT – Cloud Migration

Context

The role is part of a large-scale Cloud migration program (2026–2028). The Project Manager acts as the local technical lead, coordinating local teams and aligning with central Cloud and DevOps entities to ensure successful delivery of migration activities.

Responsibilities

Define and manage the Cloud migration roadmap
Plan and execute migration activities (autonomous or with CoE support)
Coordinate local technical teams and track progress
Monitor budget, resources, and risks
Ensure reporting to management and stakeholders
Enforce Cloud best practices (FinOps, DevSecOps, SecOps)
Ensure compliance with governance and security policies
Manage Cloud access and security topics
Interact with central IT programs and Cloud CoE
Liaise with Cloud providers and integration partners
Lead project and steering committees
Ensure documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Manage stakeholder communication and alignment
Prepare project handover to operational teams

Technical skills

Must have

8–10 years of experience in complex international IT projects
Proven experience in Cloud migration programs
Strong knowledge of Cloud strategy and implementation
Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD environments
Solid understanding of IT security standards (ISO27001, NIST)
Project management expertise (Agile, Scrum, V-cycle, hybrid)
Strong risk management capabilities
Fluent in French
Good command of English (B2 minimum)

Should have

Experience with enterprise ecosystems (large organizations)
Strong knowledge of infrastructure and platforms (IaaS/PaaS)
Experience with stakeholder management in international environments
Ability to lead transformation and change

Nice to have

Knowledge of private or public Cloud platforms in financial services
Familiarity with IBM Cloud or internal enterprise Cloud environments
Experience in banking or insurance sector
