Security Project Manager

Context

The company is strengthening its Information Security Management System (ISMS) team to support ongoing and upcoming certification and compliance projects, including ISO 27001 and TISAX. The role focuses on managing ISMS extension projects and supporting implementation and continuous improvement initiatives in a global environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multiple ISMS extension projects
Ensure structured project planning, scope management, and progress tracking
Execute and support hands-on ISMS implementation activities
Perform and follow up on security assessments
Support business units in achieving ISO 27001 certification or TISAX label
Contribute to continuous improvement of ISMS processes, documentation, and governance

Technical skills

Must have

5 years of experience in project management
10 years of experience in IT (preferably in Security)
5 years of experience with ISMS implementation and operations
Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and TISAX standards
Experience in international/global environments
Strong technical IT background
Fluent in English

Should have

Experience in security-related projects
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Strong planning and coordination abilities
Ability to interact with senior stakeholders
Good presentation skills

Nice to have

Dutch language skills
Experience with MS Office tools
