IT Business Relationship Manager

Context

The Business Relationship Manager acts as the key point of contact between IT production services and business lines for both Change and Run activities.

The role focuses on ensuring the quality and continuity of IT services, managing the project portfolio, supporting transparency around production costs, and advising the business on standard IT products, services, and the technological roadmap. The Business Relationship Manager also manages escalations and addresses business irritants to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

Coordinate stakeholders to guarantee the quality of application and infrastructure operations as defined with the business.
Ensure regular communication with business stakeholders and provide clear visibility on service status.
Manage the project portfolio linked to IT production services.
Act as an ambassador for IT production and share the production strategy with business lines.
Advise the business on the evolution and use of available IT products and services.
Guide stakeholders toward standard IT solutions and remind them of the technological roadmap.
Manage escalations, business irritants, production issues, and customer questions.
Contribute to the transparency of production costs for the business.

Technical skills

Must have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
At least 6 years of relevant experience.
Strong experience in IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of IT security and cybersecurity.
Experience in the management of production operations.
Knowledge of ITIL methodologies.
Knowledge of IT production resilience procedures, including DRP, BCP, and High Availability.
Experience defining performance indicators.
Experience managing IT and business relationships.
Budget management experience.
Experience managing problems and customer questions.
Fluent in French.
Fluent in English.
Ability to work 50% on site and 50% remotely.
