The IT Business Analyst will play a central role in bridging business needs and IT solutions, ensuring that projects are properly analysed, documented and implemented in a complex and highly regulated environment.
Analyze and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes
Gather and formalize business and functional requirements
Coordinate initiatives and manage project activities autonomously
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across business and IT
Support the definition of project goals, deliverables, timelines and resources
Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
Identify risks, inconsistencies and gaps during analysis phases
Recommend appropriate IT solutions aligned with business needs
Collaborate with technical teams to design, test and validate solutions
Maintain structured documentation of requirements, decisions and solutions
Support and coordinate IT project implementation
Provide training and support to business users
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
3–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong ability to analyze business processes and requirements
Experience collaborating with ICT delivery teams
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Ability to coordinate initiatives and manage multiple projects
Ability to manage complex transitions
Strong documentation and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
