IT Analyst

Context

For an international organization active in the automotive and financial services sector, we are looking for a Medior IT Analyst to strengthen a local feature team supporting the Belux market. You will contribute to the analysis, design, and development of systems and applications in an Agile/DevOps environment, ensuring fast value delivery and high-quality solutions. Acting as a bridge between local business stakeholders and central IT systems, you will translate business needs into clear technical requirements and ensure seamless integration within a broader international ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, develop, and test systems for assigned products and applications

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical and functional specifications

  • Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure value, quality, and speed

  • Act as a bridge between local (Belux) teams and central IT systems

  • Contribute actively as a full member of an Agile feature team

  • Support and/or lead agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban)

  • Drive technical innovation and promote new technologies within networks

  • Contribute to Operations activities to reinforce a true DevOps culture

  • Ensure alignment between local solutions and central infrastructure

  • Maintain a pragmatic, result-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

Technical skills

Must have

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in analytical methodologies (UML, BPMN, or similar)

  • Proven experience in API design and integrations (minimum 3 years)

  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/DevOps methodologies

  • Experience with Confluence and Jira (Kanban & Scrum)

  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript)

  • Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL

  • Familiarity with RESTful services and/or SOAP

  • Good command of Dutch and English

  • Experience in the automotive and/or financial sector

Should have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

  • Understanding of version control systems such as Git

  • Experience working in multidisciplinary Agile feature teams

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK stack)

  • Experience contributing to DevOps-driven Operations activities
