The role aims to strengthen the IT Architecture team within the bank’s Artificial Intelligence Tribe, supporting a range of innovative AI-driven projects. The Solution Architect will ensure the design, alignment, and governance of robust architecture solutions enabling the successful delivery of AI use cases across the organization.
Deliver IT architecture solutions for AI-related projects across the bank.
Ensure stakeholder alignment with proposed architecture (product owners, project managers, security architects, etc.).
Support the Lead Architect in defining the AI IT target architecture.
Prepare reference documentation for the Architecture Committee to validate AI and data initiatives.
Produce and maintain solution and reference architecture documents.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT architecture.
Proven experience in solution architecture for AI projects.
Strong soft skills: ability to negotiate, convince, and clearly explain complex topics.
English proficiency (mandatory working language).
Based in Belgium with capacity for hybrid work (2 days onsite, 3 days telework).
Educational background in IT or Data.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenShift, RASA, Giskard, OpenAI, Azure Foundry, Dify, Dataiku, Mistral, and Domino.
Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments, data architecture, and data governance.
Experience with AbInitio and Collibra.
Dutch or French language skills (ideal but not mandatory).
