We are seeking a Data Analytic Translator (AI Coach) to support the responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence within the HR department of a major financial institution. Acting as a facilitator, advisor, and trainer, you will help HR teams identify high-value use cases, guide them in the effective use of AI tools, and ensure solutions are adopted in alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements. This role blends HR expertise, AI awareness, change management, and strong interpersonal skills.
Identify and prioritize AI/analytics use cases within HR.
Assess HR processes to detect automation opportunities.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to evaluate feasibility and impact of AI solutions.
Support the design and implementation of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilots.
Ensure alignment of projects with business priorities and governance frameworks.
Guide HR staff in day-to-day use of existing AI tools (e.g., Copilot).
Build resources such as a prompt library for HR to maximize adoption.
Act as the bridge between HR teams and central AI departments.
Share best practices to foster a culture of innovation.
Raise awareness of AI opportunities across recruitment, talent management, learning & development, workforce planning, and employee experience.
Deliver training, workshops, and hands-on sessions for HR teams.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of AI/GenAI (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models) and applications in HR.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical HR professionals.
Familiarity with AI governance, risks, and ethical considerations.
Experience in leading transformation initiatives, ideally in digital or AI adoption.
Strong facilitation and training skills (workshops, coaching sessions, presentations).
Fluency in English, plus fluency in Dutch or French (basic in one if fluent in the other).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Data Science, Computer Science, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience.
Solid understanding of HR processes (recruitment, performance management, training, payroll, employee relations).
Awareness of AI opportunities in HR processes.
Familiarity with HR analytics, people data, and workforce planning.
