We are looking for an experienced ICT Security Officer to support the governance, review and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) across both office IT and industrial environments. Working closely with ICT, Digital and business stakeholders, you will contribute to strengthening security processes, analyzing business and security requirements, and identifying practical improvements in a collaborative and evolving environment.
Collaborate with ICT and business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
Develop and improve security governance procedures to enhance efficiency and collaboration across Digital teams.
Analyze, document and improve business and security requirements using NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/27002 and IEC 62443 standards.
Assess existing infrastructure and business systems in collaboration with application, operations and business teams.
Conduct bottom-up research, diagnostics and impact analyses.
Identify security improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
Contribute to the governance, review and continuous improvement of the ISMS across IT and industrial environments.
Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT security and functional analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Solid understanding of NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/27002 and IEC 62443 security frameworks.
Familiarity with application and infrastructure architecture.
Ability to perform technical research, diagnostics and impact analysis.
Experience translating business and security requirements into practical solutions.
Excellent active listening, questioning and communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Structured, detail-oriented and pragmatic approach.

Fluency in spoken Dutch or French and written English.
