An international industrial group is seeking a Medior SAP WM-STRM-IM Consultant (External Contractor) to support a global SAP transformation program. The project involves migrating decentralized SAP ECC systems to a centralized SAP S/4HANA environment, harmonizing logistics processes across multiple business units and sites. The consultant will join the Logistics domain, collaborate with business stakeholders and other SAP teams, and contribute to end-to-end process integration and decision-making.
Contribute to end-to-end SAP WM, Stock Room Management and Inventory Management implementations.
Ensure integration with SAP MM, SD, PP and QM.
Support business-facing workshops, alignment and decision-making.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Document SAP configurations, blueprints and technical specifications.
Perform system testing and validation.
Work with custom-built and template-based SAP environments.
Support change requests and incident tickets when project workload permits.
Provide guidance and coaching to junior consultants when applicable.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP WM-STRM-IM project experience.
Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and cross-domain SAP integration.
Practical knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management, Stock Room Management and Inventory Management.
Experience with structured documentation and blueprinting.
Familiarity with custom-built and template-based SAP environments.
Strong communication, stakeholder alignment and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of deliverables.
Positive attitude, resilience under pressure and ability to escalate when necessary.
Ability to explain viewpoints clearly and remain open to compromise.
Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Availability to work onsite at least three days per week at the main Belgian site.
Ability to travel internationally to China and Korea for training and testing, with approximately 3–4 trips of two weeks each.
Approximately 5 years of relevant SAP WM, STRM and IM experience, with senior-level expertise.
Strong understanding of logistics process harmonization in SAP transformation projects.
Debugging skills.
SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) knowledge or experience.
SAP certification.
Dutch language proficiency.
Experience coaching junior SAP consultants.
