IT Project Manager Infrastructure

Context

A confidential organization is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead strategic IT infrastructure transformation initiatives. The role focuses on improving resilience, security, availability and regulatory compliance through the deployment of key infrastructure solutions such as CMDB, Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and NIS-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic IT infrastructure projects
Manage the deployment of a CMDB solution
Coordinate the implementation of a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
Manage infrastructure modernization projects
Prepare technical specifications with technical teams and the IT Vendor Manager
Define project scope, objectives, planning and deliverables
Monitor budget, timelines and project resources
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
Maintain project governance and reporting
Update business cases
Identify and manage risks, dependencies and assumptions
Support organizational change management
Ensure implementation of NIS initiatives

Technical skills

Must have

Senior IT Project Management experience
Proven experience with infrastructure projects
Advanced CMDB experience
Strong PRINCE2 expertise
Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Advanced ADKAR Certification
Advanced CISA or equivalent IT Governance certification
Knowledge of Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP)
Experience with Change Management
Excellent stakeholder management

Should have

ITIL certification
Experience with IT transformation programs
Coaching and mentoring experience
Vendor management collaboration
Strong risk management skills

Nice to have

Public sector experience
Critical infrastructure environment
Cybersecurity governance exposure
NIS compliance projects
