UX/UI Analyst (Medior)

Context

An international organization is seeking a UX/UI Analyst Consultant to optimize the user experience and interface design of digital platforms. The role focuses on analyzing user behavior, improving usability and accessibility, and delivering actionable recommendations in collaboration with business, design, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points
Analyze user data, surveys, and analytics to support design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys
Audit existing interfaces for usability and accessibility compliance
Advise stakeholders and teams on UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards
Prepare reports and presentations with findings and recommendations
Collaborate with designers, developers, and business stakeholders

Technical skills

Must have

Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
Proven experience in UX/UI analysis and research within a consulting environment
Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI projects and methodologies
Strong proficiency with prototyping and analytics tools such as Figma, Google Analytics, or Adobe XD
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in French and English

Should have

Experience working on digital platform optimization projects
Ability to translate user insights into actionable recommendations
Experience facilitating usability testing and workshops
Strong presentation and reporting capabilities

Nice to have

German language skills
Experience in international or multicultural environments
Familiarity with accessibility auditing tools
