The role focuses on leading complex IT infrastructure projects, particularly involving hybrid cloud migration, identity management, and secure access systems. The objective is to ensure successful delivery across multiple interconnected technical streams while maintaining alignment with business expectations.
Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
Define project timelines and key milestones
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
Clarify high-level scope and technical synergies between sub-projects
Ensure compliance with standards and best practices
Lead internal teams and external contractors
Propose technical improvements and innovative solutions
Report progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and program management
Facilitate communication between stakeholders
Manage conflicts (technical and non-technical)
Define roles and responsibilities within project teams
Monitor feedback and changes from clients
Support team coaching, training, and people management
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management (Infrastructure & Operations)
Strong experience in hybrid cloud migration
Experience in federated identity and access management
Strong knowledge of IT security (network, application, cloud)
Experience with complex systems integration
Agile mindset
Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent)
Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Fluency in French, Dutch, and English
Experience with Java, Spring Framework, Maven
Experience with REST APIs
Knowledge of Angular or UI frameworks
Experience with Access Control and Security Descriptor Definition Language
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience in training and coaching teams
Experience with RDI
Advanced expertise in secure access management solutions
Exposure to large-scale enterprise environments
