A public sector organization supporting the Belgian notarial ecosystem is strengthening its Data team to structure and formalize its Master Data Management framework as part of a new Dossier Manager initiative.
The mission aims to design a future-proof enterprise data architecture, ensuring consistency across systems while aligning with existing Data Governance principles.
Design the data architecture for the new Dossier Manager initiative
Define the global data architecture framework, including security, metadata, reference data, and master data
Establish a phased implementation plan for the architecture
Integrate Data Hub concepts and Master Data Management principles
Define common processes for data creation, update, and deletion (CRUD)
Develop data models for the new system
Recommend tools and best practices enabling solution architects to design application data models across clusters
Ensure alignment with existing Data Governance frameworks
Clearly articulate the business benefits of the data architecture strategy
Support the Data Management team and Data Governance lead
Proven experience as a Senior Data Architect
Strong expertise in Data & Services Architecture
Advanced knowledge of Data Modeling
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM)
Ability to lead architecture discussions and drive alignment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to combine strategic vision and detailed technical design
Fluent in English
Fluent in French or Dutch
Experience designing enterprise data architectures
Strong collaboration skills with architecture and governance teams
Experience defining data governance aligned architectures
Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience working in data governance environments
Experience implementing Data Hub architectures
