Our client, a national organization supporting a regulated professional sector in Belgium, is strengthening its Data team and is looking for an AI Project Manager.
The role focuses on identifying opportunities where artificial intelligence can create business value and leading innovative AI and data initiatives. The consultant will work closely with business experts and technical teams to translate emerging AI technologies into practical solutions that improve services and operations.

Identify business opportunities where AI can deliver value, working closely with domain experts.
Monitor developments in artificial intelligence and translate them into concrete technological solutions.
Challenge proposed approaches, test products, and contribute to their continuous improvement.
Develop project plans, manage timelines, and identify risks with appropriate mitigation strategies.
Detect project blockers and resolve them or escalate when necessary.
Coordinate with various stakeholders and manage communication with C-level profiles, architects, and technical experts.
Ensure clear project follow-up and reporting across business and technical audiences.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including legal experts, analysts, developers, data scientists, BI analysts, and IT specialists.
Proven experience in project management for technology or data initiatives.
Knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and critical thinking.
Hands-on mindset and willingness to engage with technical aspects of projects.
Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French.
Professional proficiency in English.
Experience managing data-driven projects or AI initiatives.
Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams (data, development, infrastructure, BI).
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
Experience in innovation or technology transformation programs.
Experience working within regulated sectors or public-interest organizations.
