As a Scrum Master within the Channels and Customer Experience Enterprises tribe, you will support one of the two Professional Loans Squads. Your first assignment will be to set up a brand-new squad from scratch, making prior experience in similar contexts a strong advantage. Beyond this initial phase, you will play a key role in improving squad efficiency and ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of features in a complex, enterprise-scale environment.
Coach the team and Product Owner in Agile and Scrum practices (ceremonies, artefacts, self-organization)
Drive continuous improvement within the squad
Remove or help remove impediments to keep the team focused on objectives
Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution in a safe, trustworthy environment
Protect the team from unexpected work influx
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Establish and monitor feature delivery plans with contributors
Manage risks, dependencies, and obstacles during feature delivery
Organize and facilitate Scrum-of-Scrums to align squads and tribes
Report on delivery progress in Delivery Boards
Maintain strong alignment with other feature and Opus roles (owner, quality, release, etc.)
At least 6 years of relevant experience
Proven experience coaching teams in Agile/Scrum practices
In-depth knowledge of the Agile way of working
Excellent understanding of Scrum principles and practices
Experience with feature planning and end-to-end feature delivery
Proficiency in English
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience
Experience setting up a new squad from scratch
Experience working in large-scale Agile environments
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Experience with LESS
Knowledge of at least one national language
Experience facilitating cross-tribe or cross-squad alignment
