In this hybrid Brussels-based role, you will lead and support a Microsoft ecosystem with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 Field Service, Power Platform, and data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks. You will combine solution architecture, expert platform support, and data-driven innovation, working with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions across Microsoft and non-Microsoft systems.
Design and maintain scalable architectures across Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365 Field Service, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Databricks) aligned with business needs
Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting on Dynamics and data platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver end-to-end solutions spanning operational systems and data platforms (inside and outside the Microsoft ecosystem)
Translate business requirements into technical architecture specifications and ensure successful delivery by leading technical teams
Engage with, guide, train, and support teams and clients in an evolving environment
Monitor Microsoft ecosystem changes and proactively recommend improvements
Participate in agile/project ceremonies (standups, sprint reviews, steering/status meetings) and Power Platform Governance activities (technical assessments, risk/impact analysis for new apps)

Minimum 5 years of experience in development and design using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps canvas & model-driven, Power Automate, Dataverse, Dynamics 365)
At least 7 years of experience as a Power Apps Developer
At least 3–5 years of experience as a Power Apps Solution Designer
At least 5 years of experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Apps
At least 3 years of experience in the domain of people transport
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Field Service Management
Comfortable working hybrid with regular presence in Brussels
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks (data modeling, pipeline orchestration, analytics)
Strong understanding of API consumption using C# (or similar technologies)
Strong understanding of both functional business processes and technical architecture
Ability to lead solution design discussions and work independently
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop and maintain custom data connectors to integrate external systems and APIs
Additional experience integrating non-Microsoft operational systems with Microsoft data platforms
