The Scrum Master & Release Coordinator plays a dual role within an Agile environment. As a servant leader, they guide the team through the Scrum framework, fostering autonomy, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence. They are also responsible for coordinating and planning application releases within the factory to ensure smooth, controlled deployments without service interruptions. Acting as a key link between development, QA, and infrastructure teams, they guarantee synchronization, traceability, and compliance with governance milestones.
Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile principles within the team
Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Refinement, Retrospective)
Maintain and prioritize the product and sprint backlogs with sufficient depth
Define and enforce Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
Communicate progress transparently to stakeholders, providing key team metrics (velocity, burndown, story points, etc.)
Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress
Maintain team motivation, focus, and rhythm to ensure delivery success
Protect the team from external disruptions
Define and manage the release calendar, ensuring inter-team coordination (development, QA, infrastructure)
Oversee production releases, handle unexpected issues, and communicate clearly on release status
Promote effective communication between development teams
Certified Scrum Master
At least 5 years of experience in coordination across multiple teams and DevOps process management
Fluent French (C2 level) according to CEFR standards
Proven experience communicating with clients in the energy sector
Minimum 5 years of experience in release management across complex ecosystems (10+ interdependent applications) using .Net, BizTalk, SAP, RPA, Azure Cloud
Strong proficiency with MS Azure DevOps
At least 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including mentoring junior profiles
