A leading health services organization is driving digital transformation by building customer-focused solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure, integrated with a complex AS400 data landscape. To strengthen this effort, the company is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to define and implement scalable, high-performing, and future-proof architectures for its strategic platforms, including its core product.
Lead the technical architecture design of the product, ensuring alignment with enterprise guidelines.
Define and promote technical standards, best practices, and reusable patterns.
Translate business needs into secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
Ensure integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and existing applications within the IT landscape.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to maintain cross-product consistency.
Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.
Provide technical mentorship to Agile squads, reviewing designs, models, and code.
Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Foster innovation and continuous architectural improvement.
Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience as a Solution or Product Architect.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE).
Knowledge of AS400 data landscapes and integration patterns.
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and integration frameworks (REST APIs, microservices, messaging, ESB, API Management).
Understanding of data management and governance best practices.
Professional proficiency in French (must-have) and English.
Experience in Agile environments.
Strategic mindset with a delivery-focused approach.
Strong leadership skills to influence without direct authority.
Ability to bridge business and technical needs.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of event-driven design patterns.
Proficiency in Dutch.
