The IT Production Security department is driving the transformation of security into a strategic value-driver that fosters innovation and strengthens client trust. Security is embedded from the earliest design stages of products and services and rooted deeply in the company’s DNA. Within this context, the Business Information Security Office (BISO) team ensures that security and risk processes are effectively implemented across IT, empowering teams while safeguarding digital ambitions.
Support the implementation of Information Security & Risk (IS&R) processes and practices
Coordinate IT-wide security and risk awareness initiatives
Collaborate with IT squads to ensure alignment with security principles
Build and maintain strong relationships with IT stakeholders to monitor, control, and report on access management
Report to the IT BISO and provide insights into security and risk posture
Raise security and risk awareness among IT squads and propose corrective actions
Ensure completeness of the application referential for IT-owned information assets
Document security procedures and processes
Monitor and report on recurrent tasks such as:
Control plan execution
Patch management dashboards
Security configurations
Internal quality control execution
Exception management (logical access)
At least 3 years’ experience in a transversal security or IT role
Strong interest in the BISO domain with the ability to clearly explain its purpose
Good knowledge of infrastructure, systems, and processes (hardware, OS, networks)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with process design and procedures
Excellent knowledge of English
Knowledge of Dutch and/or French
Hands-on experience in transversal information security & risk management activities
Proven ability to thrive in Agile team environments
Capacity to work under pressure while demonstrating openness, focus, involvement, and respect
Experience in risk awareness and incident management
Knowledge of business intelligence tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly VBA
Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Visio
Familiarity with continuous improvement and automation initiatives
