You will act as a Senior Functional Analyst within the Passenger Information domain, focusing on Publication Channels that power the Train Information System, online tools (Visualization & Correction Tool, HIM, etc.), and the station channel (EMMA). The role bridges business needs and delivery teams to ensure reliable, compliant, and user-centric information across these platforms.
Understand business processes, requirements, use cases, defects, and functional diagrams; align with architectural principles.
Support the full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment and post-implementation.
Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
Facilitate and document meetings, workshops, and project status updates.
Collaborate with developers, testers, and PMs to validate functional specs and meet business needs.
Assist with test planning, UAT, and defect management.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and change logs.
Project follow-up: reporting, planning, status tracking, solution proposals, problem solving, incident follow-up.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems/computer science.
Tri-lingual ENG/FR/NL (C1 English; B2 French; B2 Dutch).
Proven experience with SAFe or other Agile methodologies.
Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
Ability to work on-site Monday & Thursday and additional days when requested.
6+ years as an IT analyst or equivalent.
Prince2 Foundation certification with proven project follow-up.
Experience working with foreign suppliers and with Indian culture.
Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, including:
Proficiency in Linux (CLI operations, system navigation).
SQL (writing queries; SSMS).
Script automation.
Handling vendor-based applications.
Knowledge of JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ServiceNow and related tools.
Demonstrated end-to-end project follow-up: process understanding, analysis, planning, and status reporting.
Additional experience in UAT coordination and structured defect management.
