Join a Project Delivery Services team within a large public-sector organization to drive the successful delivery of IT projects—from infrastructure and lifecycle to applications. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and the end-customer, managing scope, planning, budget, risks, and communication, and reporting into IT Contract & Vendor Management leadership.
Lead project delivery end-to-end, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met.
Define scope, goals, deliverables, and governance with management and stakeholders.
Build full-scale project plans and communications per company standards.
Draft budgets and recommend changes following defined processes.
Communicate expectations clearly and on time to team leads and stakeholders.
Coordinate closely with client and IT teams; act as a key member of the delivery organization.
Identify, track, and mitigate risks; provide regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum 15 years total professional experience.
Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience.
Working proficiency C1 in Dutch, French, and English.
Certifications: ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM.
Knowledge of public procurement law.
Experience in the Public Sector.
Experience in the IT sector and with complex projects.
Experience facilitating SteerCo and project update meetings; ability to guide resources.
