Founded by Anne-Sophie & Sébastien in 2022, Community Consulting is a dynamic IT consulting company with a focus on transparency, quality and long term relationships. In just 3 years, our team has expanded to 50+ consultants, establishing trust with renowned Belgian organizations.

We work with both employees and freelancers without making any distinction between the two. Our goal is to build a community of consultants, regardless of their status, who support each other through various challenges. We have a long-term vision, both for our client relationships and for our consultants.

Community Consulting is not just a go-between for consultants and clients. We are committed to being a true support system that makes life easier for our collaborators. Difficult negotiations, people management issues, lack of feedback, unclear expectations about tasks, consulting assignments are often filled with obstacles. Our job at Community Consulting is to handle all of this so that your only concern is successfully completing your mission.

Anne-Sophie van Weddingen

Founding Partner

Anne-Sophie co-founded Community Consulting in 2022 alongside Sébastien, driven by a long-standing friendship and a shared professional vision. She plays an active role in project sourcing, as well as in the follow-up and support of consultants. Her approach is rooted in a simple belief: human relationships make the difference. Anne-Sophie stands out for her commercial acumen, clarity in communication, and strong interpersonal skills.

Sébastien Verhaghen

Founding Partner

Sébastien co-founded Community Consulting in 2022 with Anne-Sophie, based on their enduring friendship and a shared vision of the profession. He is involved in sourcing projects and ensuring consistent support for consultants. His approach is grounded in a core belief: human relationships make the difference. Sébastien is recognized for his direct style, optimism, and passion for coaching.

Marie Vanlerberghe

Lead People Care & Project Management Office

Warm, committed, and people-oriented, Marie supports People Care and PMO initiatives at Community. She is deeply dedicated to creating a caring and structured environment where consultants feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow at their own pace. Through her attentive approach and strong sense of organization, she helps strengthen employee experience, coordinate key projects, and support Community’s continuous growth.

Barbara Beelen

Lead Admin & Office Management

Barbara is the one making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, and trust us, without her, nothing would. Contracts, invoices, tools, cars, events... she’s got her eyes everywhere (and is usually one step ahead). And as if that weren’t enough, she’s also our unofficial (but unanimously approved) Chief Happiness Officer.

Lena Vandecnocke

Lead Talent Management & Business Ops

Lena works at the intersection of people, business, talent and culture. She partners with management on employer branding, talent attraction and business priorities, ensuring alignment between people strategy, client needs and company positioning. She also supports junior team members through coaching, trust and continuous feedback, with a strong focus on team growth and meaningful HR impact.

Julie Huart

Talent Management Officer

Freshly graduated, Julie started her first role at Community in 2025. Calm, methodical, and attentive, she enjoys bringing structure and ensures that every candidate experiences a clear, smooth, and thoughtful recruitment process.

Alex Cuypers

Talent Management Officer

Graduated in Human Resources and Communication, Alex is passionate about people and meaningful connections. Driven by kindness, transparency, and authenticity, he strives to bring a more honest and human approach to recruitment, ensuring every candidate feels heard, respected, and valued throughout the process.

Our journey so far

April 2022

Anne-Sophie and Sébastien launch Community Consulting. They sign their first consultant a couple of days later!

March 2023

Happy first anniversary to Community Consulting ! The Communiteam has grown up to 25 consultants in a year.

March 2024

Welcome to Community’s forever HQ in Rixensart.

September 2024

The team keeps growing, with 45 consultants on mission, 2 Talent Acquisition Specialists and 1 Office Manager.

April 2025

3 years later, we celebrate our anniversary with a rebranding,a party at SOKO Rooftop and a brand new logo!

September 2022

Marie joins the team as HR Manager.

Life at Community

With the rise of remote work and the ever-growing digitalization of human interactions, we strive to prioritize face-to-face relationships as much as possible, as they bring greater authenticity.

To this end, every new consultant who joins us is invited to a team breakfast or lunch at the office to help foster connections. Our in-house chef, Sébastien, is always happy to put on his apron and delight his colleagues’ taste buds. The boss in the kitchen ? That’s unheard of !

We continue to nurture this connection by regularly organizing after-work gatherings and other events.

Our office, located in the heart of Rixensart, is always open to welcome consultants who wish to stop by. In fact, some are thrilled to come spend a day working with the team rather than staying remote. It’s yet another way we strengthen our bonds !
