We work with both employees and freelancers without making any distinction between the two. Our goal is to build a community of consultants, regardless of their status, who support each other through various challenges. We have a long-term vision, both for our client relationships and for our consultants.
Community Consulting is not just a go-between for consultants and clients. We are committed to being a true support system that makes life easier for our collaborators. Difficult negotiations, people management issues, lack of feedback, unclear expectations about tasks, consulting assignments are often filled with obstacles. Our job at Community Consulting is to handle all of this so that your only concern is successfully completing your mission.

April 2022
Anne-Sophie and Sébastien launch Community Consulting. They sign their first consultant a couple of days later!

March 2023
Happy first anniversary to Community Consulting ! The Communiteam has grown up to 25 consultants in a year.

March 2024
Welcome to Community’s forever HQ in Rixensart.

September 2024
The team keeps growing, with 45 consultants on mission, 2 Talent Acquisition Specialists and 1 Office Manager.

April 2025
3 years later, we celebrate our anniversary with a rebranding,a party at SOKO Rooftop and a brand new logo!

Life at Community
With the rise of remote work and the ever-growing digitalization of human interactions, we strive to prioritize face-to-face relationships as much as possible, as they bring greater authenticity.
To this end, every new consultant who joins us is invited to a team breakfast or lunch at the office to help foster connections. Our in-house chef, Sébastien, is always happy to put on his apron and delight his colleagues’ taste buds. The boss in the kitchen ? That’s unheard of !
We continue to nurture this connection by regularly organizing after-work gatherings and other events.
Our office, located in the heart of Rixensart, is always open to welcome consultants who wish to stop by. In fact, some are thrilled to come spend a day working with the team rather than staying remote. It’s yet another way we strengthen our bonds !
