Business analyst – SCADA

Context

The role supports business and end users in the context of IT or operational tool implementation, with a strong focus on UAT test design and coordination, process documentation, work instructions, and end-user training. Experience in distribution network operator environments and SCADA-related tools is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Design and coordinate UAT testing activities
Prepare, structure and follow up user acceptance test scenarios
Write clear business processes, work instructions and operational procedures
Design and deliver training sessions for end users
Support users during tool adoption and integration phases
Contribute to documentation and change management activities
Work with business, IT and operational stakeholders

Technical skills

Must have

Proven experience in UAT test design and coordination
Minimum 5 years of experience in UAT testing
Proven experience writing processes, work instructions and operating procedures
Minimum 5 years of experience in process and procedure documentation
Proven experience designing and delivering training for end users
French level C2

Should have

Knowledge of a SCADA tool oriented toward distribution network operators
Experience with a test management tool, ideally QMetry
Experience in integration projects
Proven experience with a modeling tool, ideally MS Visio
Proven experience within a distribution network operator environment
