Risk Manager

Context

The Channels and Customer Experience for Enterprises (CCE-E) teams manage digital channels for enterprise customers within a large international banking group. Their mission is to define the digital vision and implement the associated roadmap to simplify customers’ daily operations. Working in an agile environment, the teams collaborate closely with product experts, process teams, and control functions within multidisciplinary squads responsible for developing and maintaining digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective Asset & Service Management by maintaining up-to-date referentials, consistent update processes, and clear service descriptions

  • Oversee Incident & Problem Management, including crisis call participation, operational recovery, customer communication, root cause analysis, and follow-up on corrective actions

  • Coordinate Continuity Management, including disaster recovery scenario design and participation in annual transversal disaster recovery exercises

  • Manage Risks & Security, ensuring risk mitigation, audit recommendation follow-up, execution of control plans, and resolution of security vulnerabilities

  • Collaborate closely with Security Center of Excellence teams on risk management and application security

  • Provide regular reporting and communication to stakeholders across different technical and hierarchical levels

Technical skills

Must have

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT risk, operations, or security

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and operational efficiency

  • Experience with process, risk, and asset management

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise tools such as ServiceNow or Archer

  • Excellent command of English

  • Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Should have

  • Experience in a large-scale IT tribe environment within the banking or financial sector

  • Ability to work effectively in Agile environments

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience in reporting management

  • Knowledge of Dutch and/or French

Nice to have

  • Prior exposure to enterprise digital channels

  • In-depth knowledge of a complex IT landscape

  • Experience contributing to transversal disaster recovery exercises
